2003-2004 VBG Micro-Grants Awards
Cleveland, OH December 20 2003--The Virtual Business Group (VBG), an online community of Virtual Office Professionals, has announced the recipients of its first-half 2003-2004 VBG Micro-Grants Program awards.
Nikki Tedders, owner of Capitol Outsourcing Group, has been named the winner of one year free web hosting, sponsored by MetaPros Website Solutions (www.metapros.com) and Tana Woodward, owner of Tana Woodward & Associates (www.virtualofficeservices.ca), has been awarded the $100 cash grant funded by the Virtual Business Group.
The Virtual Business Group's Small Business Micro-Grants Program distributes varying awards on a bi-annual basis. Recipients are chosen from applications submitted by members of the organization, which are then carefully reviewed by the VBG Micro-Grant Advisory Board. Applications must contain a written essay that details how acquiring a specific grant will assist the applicant in growing their business. Grant applications will be accepted again from April 19 – May 14, 2004.
