Los Angeles VIDEO Grant Top Finalists Announced

Hollywood, CA August, 2003 -- Today the top finalists of the World's most prestigious and widely publicized grants have been announced. Roy W. Dean Writing and Film Grants are given to filmmakers with the intent upon making films which are "unique and make a contribution to society."
